West Virginia Offices of the Insurance Commissioner has contracted the services of Claims Harbor,
partnering with Insurance Services Office, Inc. (ISO), to assist
with implementation of EDI services for self-insured employers
and Third Party Administrators (TPAs). As such, an OIC Implementation
Guide has been prepared in PDF format and provided via the link
below.
ISO is pleased to announce additional services to ease your OIC
EDI compliance reporting in the state of West Virginia, an Electronic
Registration process. Utilizing this service eliminates having
to manually prepare and mail/fax the OIC IAIABC Trading Partner
Documents to OIC:
Completion of the OIC EDI Trading Partner Profile Registration Form below electronically
documents identification and contact information for each trading
partner providing data to OIC, the receiving jurisdiction. In addition
this electronic form is designed to document the identities of
trading partners using the same third party administrator or other
Sender to transmit data electronically to OIC, the receiving jurisdiction.
Completion of the OIC Registration Form below will send a copy
to ISO, Claims Harbor, OIC and a return copy to the contact completing
the form.
Completion of the OIC EDI Trading Partner Registration Update Form below
allows TPAs the ability to add or remove entities, change contact
information, transmission method, etc. for which they have been
or will be reporting for and will send your updated information
to ISO, Claims Harbor, OIC and a return copy to the contact completing
the form.
