Electronic reporting of your coverage information assures your compliance with Utah statutes that require proof of coverage reports be submitted to the Industrial Accidents Division.

ISO ClaimPort will either, import your information into their system and convert it to the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions (IAIABC) proof of coverage (POC) electronic data interchange (EDI) format, or provide an online internet service for submission to the Division and provide you with an electronic acknowledgement with either service. This acknowledgement assures you that you have met Utah reporting requirements.
