Implementation Information Page

The New Mexico Workers Compensation Administration (NM WCA) implemented the IAIABC standard for POC effective August 1, 2003. Since that time the NM WCA has been working on program modifications to maximize data integrity as well as to simplify the process by which you report POC to the great state of New Mexico. The implementation date for these changes is scheduled for April 1, 2005.

ISO recommends that all insurance carriers doing business in New Mexico complete the registration process by completing the New Mexico Trading Partner documents located below and faxing them to ISO, Attention, Donna Siver at fax number (609) 799-3726.
