Implementation Information Page

The Missouri Division of Workers' Compensation is pleased to announce a new resource for reporting proof of coverage information electronically. The Division has successfully completed testing with ClaimPort, Inc. Electronic reporting of your coverage information assures your compliance with Missouri statutes that require proof of coverage reports be submitted to the Division.

ClaimPort will either, import your information into their system and convert it to the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions (IAIABC) proof of coverage (POC) electronic data interchange (EDI) format, or provide an online internet service for submission to the Division and provide you with an electronic acknowledgment with either service. This acknowledgment assures you that you have met Missouri reporting requirements.
